crow and blossoms bw

Crows, ravens, there are so many about lately, as if they are up to something.

  1. Of course they are- corbies are bright birds, all of them, and they can’t resist a little bit of mischief to liven things up some!

  2. Nice one! So effective and mysterious!

  3. Great shot!

  4. I love your Raven image. It adapts perfectly to the monochromatic medium.

  5. Great black & white image…

  6. What a lovely contrast of color and texture! Delightful! And yes, they are up to something. Lucky for us they don’t have opposable thumbs!

  7. This is spectacular Aletta. I am sure this image will find itself transported somewhere – and you can be sure that mystery is afoot with the ravens.

  8. Great shot! Such darkness–the raven. I have taken a few photos myself of ravens and their intense darkness is so striking. As black as the black holes in space. Hmm. Maybe that’s where they were created.

  9. Perhaps a game? Like removing the windshield wipers from all of the cars in the block: I knew a crow whose name was Jackie who stole wipers—- Not to mention sitting on the top of the porch and attacking our hats. Fran (Your photographs are always special)
