Faerie Cape

Faerie Cape

The red cape,
bright pattern,
flies,
hung out to dry,
the faerie cape,
flying through
the woods,
spread out,
resplendent
in red.
Geranium sprite,
bright cape in
flight.

  1. Stunning! I can see where fashion designers get their inspiration from now. It has all become clear. So many gowns to be found in the woods.

  2. Heather, exactly! I hadn’t thought of this, but it’s true😉 Wouldn’t you love to don this cape and go flying? This is what I thought.

  3. SEED:”bright cape in flight”

    FITZ ECHO:

    if nature’s splendor fuels inspiration,
then in balance man’s creation in art
    inspires nature …

for one’s appreciation of art is soul borne,
and one is blind to else than learned
    though blending of beauty known
    to wonders just beheld.

As I today see here a faerie cape –
    tommorrow I will see the sprite;
    and fly.

  4. This is the color of a child’s blushing cheek. Lovely!

  5. A fairy cape indeed. I know the tiny one is there peeping out at us, but showing nothing but that gorgeous cape.

  6. How perfect just as it is! What a gift to see it.
