Jacaranda Confetti Meditation

Jacaranda Lawn

The Jacaranda sheds
humid petals,
damp lawn,
luminous in the green,
staring at the purple,
colour in my eyes,
like confetti,
raining on the green,
Murmuring Woods.

  1. Gorgeous Monika. As luminous as the Jacaranda petals.

  2. :-)))

  3. A lovely image… a dazzle of color that takes the viewer into the centre of the image. I am not familiar with Jacaranda. It must be something Australian. I have to visit there sometime the land down under, and feast my heart with its beauty. 🙂

  4. Nay, Jacarandas are one of the few fond memories of LA —

    inredibly gorgeous, but messy

  5. Vi, I think you could say you’ve already been to Australia just by all the nature pics you have seen! Will post more Jacarandas, as they leave the prettiest “mess” ( 😉 a smile for Faucon!!) around!
