Birthday Repast!

 

No party is complete without food. The Taverna’s Executive Chef, Hans, as put together this multi-course meal in honor of Enchanteur’s birthday to be eaten al fresca under the boughs of the Murmuring Wood.

Appetizers:

Shrimp with Chili Sauce

Avocado and Lime Tortilla Chips with Fresh Salsa

Salad Course:

Fresh field greens with Pomegranate and Blueberry Vinaigrette

Main Course:

Tangerine-glazed grilled Prawns, Sea Scallops, and MahiMahi filets

Assorted Grilled Vegetables

Italian Mineral Water over Lemon Ice

Dessert:

Lemon Chiffon Cake

Hot Coffee
